The World Trade Center Metro Manila (WTCMM) is offering a 7-day Certification Program on International Trade (CIT), a professional trade designation program allowing one to earn the Certified International Trade Professional (CITP) designation by completing courses and requirements set by WTCMM. Patterned after the programs of WTC Denver, WTC Mumbai and WTC Winnipeg, the CITP designation is designed to be granted to one who has acquired a comprehensive set of skills enabling him to assess and evaluate the global opportunities available, as well as risks associated with international trade.

The 7-day CIT Program is a combination of selected courses from the Export Operations Track and the International Business Track. Each of the courses will equip one with the required knowledge and credentials needed to succeed in a globally competitive marketplace. To be a Certified International Trade Professional (CITP), one must complete 80 credit hours of classroom training coupled with engaging discussions on real life cases. The designation is valid for three (3) years and must be maintained by taking the required continuing professional development courses offered by WTCMM of at least eight (8) credit units on the year the designation expires.
