THE Sandiganbayan's Fifth Division will resume the trial on the plunder case filed against former senator Jose "Jinggoy" Estrada on July 8.
The court had denied the demurrers to evidence filed by Estrada and detained bussinesswoman Janet Lim-Napoles in the said case, which they were facing in connection with the Priority Development Assistance Fund (PDAF) or pork barrel scam.
