FORMER Foreign Affairs Secretary Albert del Rosario stepped down as board member of Hong Kong-listed conglomerate First Pacific Co. Ltd. weeks after he was barred entry to the Chinese territory.
First Pacific Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Manuel V. Pangilinan informed the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on Tuesday that Del Rosario tendered his resignation as a non-executive director of the company effective on July 1, 2019.
