24 drug suspects arrested in Bulacan

MALOLOS CITY: The continuous campaign of Bulacan Police against illegal drugs have resulted in the arrest of 24 alleged drug pushers in a two-day anti-illegal drug operations conducted on Thursday and Friday.

Bulacan Police Director Col. Chito Bersaluna said the series of buy-bust operations were conducted by anti-drug operatives of the City of Malolos, San Jose del Monte City, Balagtas, Bulakan, Plaridel, Pandi, Bocaue, San Miguel, San Rafael, Obando, and Norzagaray.

Bersaluna identified the seven arrested drug suspects on Thursday as Mike Archides, Erwin Silva, Orlando Dela Cruz, Luisito Ortega, Nestor Ramos, Emil Espartero, and Alejandro Magbitang.

He identified 17 drug suspects nabbed on Friday as Luis Reyes, Jocelyn Pineda, Elaine Galang, Roberto Baclayon,Val Dionisio, Alejandro De Juan, Noel Vilar, Lauro Loyola, Gil Dayao, Ruben Bernardino, Leviemar Mendiola, Eric Villanueva, Jito Quilojano, Alex Garcia, Armando Sto. Tomas Sr. and Vienson Capiral.

“A total of 82 plastic sachets of shabu and buy-bust money were confiscated from the suspects during the two-day operations,” Bersaluna said.


The suspects and evidence were brought to the provincial crime laboratory for appropriate examination while criminal complaints for violation of Republic Act 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002) are readied for filing against them in court.
