Kris to Duterte: Thank you, Mr. President

PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte’s remark that the “popularity” of former president Corazon “Cory” Aquino could be attributed to the death of her husband, former Sen. Benigno “Ninoy” Aquino Jr., only affirmed that the Marcoses had a hand in the late senator’s assassination, Kris Aquino said on Sunday.

The younger Aquino reacted to Duterte’s speech where he said the former president was only popular “for losing the husband in the hands of Mr. Marcos.”
