Mary Kay Inc. sponsors UPMasa’s 34th Annual Grand Convention


Global beauty brand, Mary Kay Inc. continues its commitment to supporting various communities through its sponsorship of the recently held University of the Philippines Medical Alumni Society of America’s (UPMasa) 34th Annual Grand Convention (AGC) at the Fairmont Hotel in Dallas, Texas.

“Mary Kay’s generous sponsorship helps us continue to execute philanthropic activities such as faculty endowments, medical student scholarships, and physical infrastructure and equipment through the Philippine General Hospital,” said Dr. Ponciano Cruz, UPMasa AGC chairman. They also extend their efforts in the University of the Philippines College of Medicine (UPCM).

This sponsorship marks the latest in a series of partnerships between the leading skincare innovator and the scientific and academic communities. “We’re honored to attend and sponsor events like the UPMasa annual convention in order to advance technology and education around health and skincare,” said Dr. Lucy Gildea, chief scientific officer at Mary Kay Inc.
