Enclave Alabang launches second phase

Following the success of the first phase of The Enclave Alabang, Filigree, today’s gold standard in upscale real estate, is launching the second phase of the exclusive residential village.

The new phase maintains the standard of excellence set by the first phase of The Enclave Alabang, which was recognized as the Best Residential Development in the Philippines at the Asia Pacific Property Awards in 2018.

The 13-hectare (ha) masterplanned community is at a secluded section of Daang Hari Road. The initial development occupies around 10 ha of the property and is subdivided into 169 lots averaging 350 square meters (sqm). With roughly 3 ha, the second phase only has 49 lots averaging 350 to 500 sqm and is nearly sold out, with only a select few lots available, a testament to this upmarket community’s desirability.

Enclave Alabang launches second phase

The success of The Enclave Alabang is a testament to the luxury market’s appreciation of our hard work and commitment in delivering only the finest, masterplanned developments, says Filigree Head Catherine Ilagan. With the second and last phases of The Enclave Alabang nearly sold out, Filigree adds another milestone to its legacy of building coveted premium properties.

The Enclave Alabang is the result of the creative collaboration of top names in building and design such as H1 Architecture as lead designer and masterplanner, Aecom Singapore for landscaping, and Budji Layug and Royal Pineda for clubhouse interiors.

The development offers a relaxed and genteel estate living. Almost 40 percent of the development has been set aside for greenery, allowing residents to escape the hustle and bustle of the metropolis without living the city.

At the heart of development is the central park where residents can recharge and rejuvenate with its lush vegetation, an impressive mini man-made lagoon with its calm waters and a canopy of trees. A children’s playground has all the facilities and amenities to keep youngsters entertained, while a watchtower lets nature lovers enjoy the serenity of their surroundings.

The Enclave Alabang’s well-crafted amenity area, the stunning 1,500-sqm clubhouse, has a soothing tropical resort feel. Its interiors, designed by Budji+Royal Architecture+Design, features a lap pool where residents can take an invigorating dip, a fitness gym, and private function rooms for celebrations and other events.

With only a few lots available, the second phase is well on the way to becoming as huge a success as phase one.
