CONVICTED rapist and killer, former mayor Antonio Sanchez, may soon be a free man, Justice Secretary Menardo Guevarra said on Tuesday.
Guevarra said that Sanchez was among the names recommended for executive clemency to President Rodrigo Duterte in view of the latest ruling of the Supreme Court on "Good Conduct Time Allowance" (GCTA) to convicted felons.
