BAUKO, Mountain Province: The municipal government would conduct the health profiling of its over 34,000 constituents in the town’s 22 villages to ascertain their health condition and provide appropriate interventions for those identified to have health problems. Mayor Abraham Akilit said the local government would heavily invest on health programs and projects to ensure the good health condition of the people so they will become productive citizens of the municipality. Initially, the local government acquired a mobile laboratory to assist in the health profiling of the residents. Bonafide residents would have individual data sheets showing details of their health condition aside from the results of their blood, sugar and uric acid tests.
