THE killing of a Bureau of Corrections (BuCor) officer is connected to his alleged involvement in illegal drugs, National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) Chief Guillermo Eleazar said on Wednesday.
Eleazar said that the investigation into the killing of Ruperto Traya, 53, was ongoing.
