THE Peace and Equity Foundation (PEF) and Cocolink held a series of agro-enterprise training sessions in San Isidro, Davao del Norte in the last week of July to share with coconut farmers more best farming practices.
Fifteen farmers who are members of the Laak Multipurpose Cooperative (Lampco) learned first hand how to make vermicast organic fertilizers with a demonstration on how to set up vermi beds and make foliar fertilizers out of fermented plant and fruit juices.
