BALANGA CITY: Ten Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL) or inmates on Friday married their partners in a mass wedding at the Bataan District Jail (BDJ).
Jail Supt. Andrew Tauli, BDJ warden, said the PDLs were all males and mostly charged for illegal drugs.
