THE Commission on Elections (Comelec) initiated an information drive for the scheduled plebiscite for the cityhood of Sto. Tomas town in Batangas on September 7.
Comelec spokesman James Jimenez said on Friday a motorcade would be held on September 1 in the villages of Poblacion 1, 2, 3 and 4.
