BACOLOD CITY: A family, including a minor, was reportedly abducted by armed men early Friday morning in Bangga Miñez, Barangay 4, Himamaylan City, Negros Occidental.
The victims were identified as Edilia Pacheco and daughter Aiza, Sherwin de la Rosa; 49-year-old Teresita Camanso, a daycare worker; and a 16-year-old boy.
