LEGAZPI CITY: A court order allowing former Daraga mayor Carlwyn Baldo to post bail left members of the Batocabe family fearful for their lives, Justin Batocabe, son of slain Ako Bicol party-list Rep. Rodel Batocabe, said on Monday.
Batocabe said the decision issued by Regional Trial Court Judge Maria Theresa San Juan Loquillano “reopened wounds.”
