THE Presidential Anti-Corruption Commission (PACC) sees nothing wrong with Palace spokesman Salvador Panelo's move to refer the letter of the family of his former client, convicted rapist-killer Antonio Sanchez, to the Board of Pardons and Parole (BPP).
In a television interview, PACC Commissioner Manuelito Luna said that that he personally saw Panelo’s referral letter and that the Palace official just "referred it" and "did not act on it."
