THE Department of Science and Technology-Science Education Institute (DoST-SEI) encourages all qualified Grade 12 students to apply for the 2020 S&T Undergraduate Scholarships Program.

“As long as you meet the requirements, seize and make the most of this opportunity to become [a] DoST scholar. We hope to reach not only the country’s best minds, but also those with passion to serve the country,” Dr. Josette Biyo, DoST-SEI director, said

Under the scholarship program, students will receive financial assistance of P40,000 per academic year for the tuition, P7,000 per month for living allowance and P10,000 per academic year for book allowance, among other scholarship privileges.

The application is open until Sept. 6, 2019, while the examination date is on Oct. 20, 2019.

Application is open to all Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) strand students, as well as to non-STEM students that belong to the top 5 percent of their class.
