Police officer shot dead in Quezon City

 

A police officer was gunned down in Quezon City on Thursday.

Quezon City Police District (QCPD)-Masambong Station identified the victim as Police Patrolman Michael Delos Reyes, 36.

Based on a QCPD report, the suspects were riding a motorcycle when they shot Delos Reyes at 1:30 p.m.


Delos Reyes was also riding a motorcycle as he was going to pick up his children from school.

Recovered from the crime scene were a caliber .45 gun, a bullet fragment, and a deformed slug.

A manhunt operation was launched against the suspects as an investigation was ongoing.  DARWIN PESCO
