ILOILO 1st District Representative Janette Garin questioned the legality of the Public Attorneys Office's (PAO) creation of a forensic laboratory.
During the House of Representatives plenary deliberations of the budget for the Department of Justice (DoJ) on Wednesday, Garin asked the agency’s budget sponsor Ruwel Peter Gonzaga if it was PAO’s mandate to set up the facility.
