The Supreme Court en banc has declared Camarines Norte Gov. Edgardo Tallado as the legitimate local chief executive of the province.
This after the high tribunal, voting 8 against 6, junked the decision of the Commission on Elections (Comelec) disqualifying him to run in the May 13, 2019 gubernatorial polls.
