CITY OF ILAGAN, Isabela: As the coffin containing the remains of 29-year-old Deserie Tagubasi, an overseas Filipino worker in Taiwan, arrived at her house in Lullutan village on Thursday afternoon, her family vowed to file charges against the employer for not ensuring the safety of their workers.
