THE Manila Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 15 on Wednesday convicted eight Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) personnel of homicide for the killing of a Taiwanese fisherman in Batanes in May 2013.
Manila RTC-15 Judge Eduardo Ramon Reyes convicted Cdr. Arnold dela Cruz, SN2 Nicky Aurelio, PO2 Richard Fernandez Corpuz; and Seamen 1st Class Nicky Reynaldo Aurelio, Edrando Aguila, Mhelvyn Aguilar Bendo 2nd, Andy Gibb Golfo, Sunny Galang Masangkay and Henry Solomon.
