ZAMBOANGA CITY: Three soldiers injured from different armed engagements were conferred with Wounded Personnel Medal (WPM) by Lt. Gen. Cirilito Sobejana, commander of the Western Mindanao Command (WestMinCom) in a simple ceremony at the Camp Navarro General Hospital on Monday.
Maj. Arvin Encinas, WestMinCom spokesman on Friday, identified the awardees as Sgt. Vicente Castro Jr., Cpl. Junnifer Ordeniza and Pfc. Keferd Osngar.
