‘Amazing Thailand’ through food

Acclaimed travel and food destination Brasserie on 3 at Conrad Manila is set to host an “Amazing Thailand” food festival featuring guest chefs from its sister property Conrad Bangkok on September 25 to 29.

Patrons of the award-winning all-day dining restaurant are invited to discover the zesty, culinary traditions of Thailand with authentic dishes such as Chiang Mai Khao Soi, Tom Yum Koong and Pad Thai, among others, incorporated in the daily lunch and dinner buffet offerings.

“We are delighted to welcome the Conrad Bangkok chefs: Pichapat Purichaipattarawit, Tanyalak Boonwiang and Thawin Towiratkij, in what promises to be a flavorful exchange of culinary tradition and excellence as they work hand-in-hand with our team led by Executive Chef Daniel Patterson,” remarked Laurent Boisdron, hotel general manager.

Brasserie on 3, located on the 3rd level, offers an eclectic mix of sustainable and organic cuisine ranging from hearty to healthy and is open from 6 a.m. to 10:30 p.m., and the Amazing Thailand, food festival is a great addition.

The restaurant also features al fresco dining overlooking the bay, private dining rooms for intimate celebrations, and an exclusive Chef’s Table, where diners may enjoy a special tasting menu with a curated selection of organic wines.
