The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) is reviewing some companies’ request to increase the prices of canned meat, sardines and noodles.
“There are some [price increase] requests in canned meat, in sardines because of [the increase] in cost of production. Noodles also. Our group is still reviewing,” said Trade Secretary Ramon Lopez at the sidelines of the Inclusive Innovation Conference 2019 at the Sofitel Philippine Plaza on Monday.
