THE Bureau of Customs (BoC) has installed six state-of-the-art x-ray machines in four major ports around the country, giving a boost to its campaign against illegal drugs and other contrabands.
Customs Commissioner Rey Leonardo Guerrero said on Tuesday that the six fixed portal x-ray machines, which are capable of detecting illegal drugs, were installed at the Port of Manila (PoM), Manila International Container Port (MICP), Port of Davao (PoD) and Port of Cebu (PoC).
