THE Department of Agriculture on Monday said 15,000 pigs had been culled as more African swine fever (ASF) cases were detected in more villages.

Agriculture Secretary William Dar said the number of hogs culled was equivalent to 0.11 percent of the country’s 12.8-million inventory.
