Bulacan to conduct simultaneous clean-up drive for disease prevention

CITY OF MALOLOS: The Bulacan government, in coordination with the Department of the Interior and Local Government and the International Coastal Clean-up Philippines, is set to conduct a simultaneous cleanup drive in all 569 barangay (Villages) in the province in a bid to avoid the spreading of any viral diseases including dengue, African swine fever and polio on Saturday, September 28. Clean environment, as one of the priorities in “People’s Agenda 10,” is a top priority of the provincial government. Gov. Daniel Fernando encouraged every Bulakenyo, especially government employees, to participate in the cleanup drive and do their part in helping, protecting and saving the environment.
