DAVAO CITY: A strong earthquake struck off Davao Occidental province in southern Philippines on Sunday, the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) said.
Earlier, the institute reported the quake was at 6.1 magnitude, but it was later revised to 6.4 on the Richter scale.
