“To espouse a new culinary philosophy of progression that allows our student chefs to shine!” That is the aim of this CSR project initiated by Marissa Dames, president and COO of DTC Promos Inc. which was launched on September 17 at the Golden Phoenix Hotel in Manila, the official hotel for the competition.

Presented by SM Supermalls in cooperation with the Department of Education (Dep-Ed), Department of Tourism (DoT) through its Tourism Promotions Board, Unilever Food Solutions (UFS), Lenovo, and Masflex, the competition is open to all Filipino students who are at least 16 years old by September 1 and are currently enrolled in a cooking course/program of any school recognized by the Philippine government.
