DELINQUENT online gaming operators and service providers were warned anew by the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) to pay the right taxes to avoid sanctions.

In a recent interview, BIR Commissioner Caesar Dulay said delinquent Philippine offshore gaming operators (POGO) and their service providers who continue to snub the agency’s demand letter regarding their outstanding tax liabilities face closure and must be prepared to incur millions in losses.
