SEN. Panfilo Lacson on Sunday said he had identified another junior police officer involved in the recycling of seized crystal meth (shabu) and vowed to unmask the contacts of “ninja cops” at the New Bilibid Prison (NBP), where the illegal drugs were sold.
The senator said the officer was a former classmate of Majors Rodney Raymund Baloyo 4th and Bienvenido Reydado. He, however, did not reveal the police officer’s identity.
