President Rodrigo Duterte will name the two “ninja” colonels allegedly involved in the recycling of confiscated illegal drugs after the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) and the Department of Justice (DoJ) have finished their investigation, Sen. Christopher Lawrence “Bong” Go said on Tuesday.
