THE military on Friday washes its hand on the alleged disappearance of a consultant of the National Democratic Front (NDF), the umbrella of organization of the leftist movement in the country.
Major General Fernando Mesa, 2nd Infantry Division commander, said that the alleged missing NDF consultant, Cesar Batralo is not under the custody of the military.
