THE trial of former senator Juan Ponce Enrile and others for plunder in connection with the alleged misuse of Priority Development Assistance Fund (PDAF) or pork barrel scam will resume in November.
The Sandiganbayan's Third Division on Wednesday tentatively set the resumption of the trial on November 26 and 27 from October 15 after Enrile's camp filed a motion for its deferment, to which the prosecution did not object.
