Sandiganbayan on Monday awarded to the government up to P29-billion worth of Marcos shares in Philippine Telecommunications Investment Corp. (PTIC).
The order paves the way for the sale of the disputed shares in PTIC, which owns part Philippine Long Distance Telephone Co. (PLDT), to private investors.
