SEOUL: South Korean prosecutors indicted five people for spying for North Korea in the biggest espionage case since a watershed inter-Korean summit in 2000. The five included Jang Min-Ho, a 44-year-old ethnic Korean who is a US citizen, prosecutors said. --AFP

  SUVA, Fiji: Fijians are planning peaceful protests against this week’s coup and could force military commander Voreqe Baini-marama to back down within weeks, deposed Prime Minister Laisenia Qarase said Friday.
