SIX people were arrested and P598 million worth of shabu (methamphetamine hydrochloride) were confiscated in Gandara, Samar, police reported on Friday.
Brig. Gen. Dionardo Carlos, Region 8 director ,identified the suspects as Cesar Uy, Jarred Axcel Elaran, Steven Perez, Leonard De los Reyes, Elbert Abella, and Jeralou Rapuela.
