BEIRUT: Lebanon’s prime minister called on ministers who had resigned to rejoin the Cabinet ahead of a meeting to approve creating an international court to try suspects for the murder of Rafiq Hariri.

“I call on our colleagues who resigned to rejoin the ranks of government so that all can be heard on all the subjects which matter to us,” Fuad Siniora told a news conference.
