Century Peak Metals Holdings Corp. announced Tuesday that it will be negotiating with a state-owned mining company in China for a possible joint venture in the Philippines.
In a statement, the mining firm said it plans to execute a memorandum of agreement with Guangdong Province Gold Corp. that would pave the way for the establishment of a joint venture corporation.
