Former Environment Secretary Angel Alcala paid me a visit a few days ago to give me my copy of his latest publication entitled “Directory of Marine Reserves in the Visayas” that he co-authored with Abner Bucol and Portia Nillos-Kleiven. The professor that he is, he lectured Haribon biologists on how to go about research and on the state of research in the country.
