THE Department of Finance (DOF) said non-tax revenues would grow by double-digits this year to help plug the Philippines’ budget deficit.
In its revised fiscal program for 2010, the DOF expects a 12-percent growth in non-tax revenues to P166.5 billion from P148.2 billion last year.
