Two Philippine airports have made it to a known online travel site’s top 20 Best Airports in Asia list for 2019.

In a statement released on Wednesday, the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines said Iloilo International Airport and Mactan-Cebu International Airport secured 18th and 16th spots, respectively, in The Guide to Sleeping in Airports’ top 20 best airports in the region.

Singapore Changi Airport still reigned as the best airport on the list.

Completing the Best Airport in Asia for 2019 roster were Seoul Incheon Airport, Tokyo Narita Airport, Osaka Kansai Airport, Taipei Taoyuan Airport, Hong Kong Airport, Kuala Lumpur Airport, New Delhi Airport, Jakarta Airport, Tokyo Haneda Airport, Mumbai Airport, Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport, Bangalore Airport, Ho Chi Minh City Tan Son Nhat Airport, Hyderabad Airport, Da Nang Airport, Islamabad Airport and Kunming Airport.

It was the same online travel site that ranked the country’s main air hub Ninoy Aquino International Airport as the fifth worst airport in the world in 2016.

The Guide to Sleeping in Airports has been releasing a list of best and worst airports annually based on passengers’ overall airport experiences.

According to its website, respondents are asked about factors like comfort, services, facilities, food options, immigration/security, customer service, navigation and ease of transit, cleanliness, and sleepability.
