A bomb joke is a serious crime punishable by law. For Ramon Barrios, however, it was a mere joke.
Barrios was arrested by aviation police after the cabin crew and passengers of AirPhil Express flight GAP2364 bound for Cebu from Davao heard him mention a bomb on the plane as the aircraft was about to push back at around 8:00 p.m. on Sunday.
