Camp Vicente Lim, Calamba City: Joint military and police agents arrested two suspected terrorists in separate anti-terror operations in Tayabas City in Quezon and in Calamba City in Laguna Saturday.
Police identified the suspect arrested in Tayabas City as Saidie Saro. In Calamba City, Saro aka Abu Hudaifa was arrested in Barangay Angeles Zone 2 by virtue of search warrant issued by Regional Trial Court (RTC) 4th Judicial Region for violations of Republic Act 10591 ot the “Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Act” and Presidential Decree 1866 or the “Illegal Possession of Explosives.”
