CAMP OLIVAS, Pampanga: Brig. Gen Rhodel Sermonia on Tuesday assumed his post as the new regional director of Police Regional Office 3 (PRO 3).
Sermonia, former deputy director of the Directorate for Police Community Relations and Police-Community Relations Group director, replaced Brig. Gen Joel Napoleon Coronel, who was appointed as the new head of the Philippine National Police’s (PNP) Criminal Investigation and Detection Group.
