MANILA Electric Co. (Meralco) will raise its rates by P0.4717 per kilowatt hour (kWh) in November, a month after implementing a slight adjustment.
In a statement on Thursday, Meralco said the adjustment brings overall prices to P9.5579 per kWh this month from P9.0862 per kWh in October.
