VARIOUS universities and groups aided in the beautification projects of the city government of Manila through its Manila Tourism and Cultural Affairs Bureau (MTCAB).
MTCAB chief Charlie Duñgo said the Light Rail Manila Corp. allotted 21 of their support columns as a canvas for students from different universities to paint on.
