The Duterte administration’s Build, Build, Build team led by Finance Secretary Carlos Dominguez (right) and officials from the China led by Vice Premier Hu Chunhua recently met in Manila for a high-level meeting to discuss the continuing cooperation between the Philippines and China on infrastructure and economic development.
