A magnitude 4.9 earthquake rocked parts of Cagayan Valley region on Wednesday night, the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) said.
Phivolcs spotted the epicenter of the quake at 14 kilometers northeast of Nagtipunan, Quirino at 10:28 p.m.
